How to use the Help Desk

• To be able to submit a help desk ticket you must register at the help desk, this is seperate profile from your site profile, 
• Use the same username you used for your site profile as your username in your helpdesk registration.
• If you only want to read the FAQ's you do not need to register at the helpdesk.
